Australian Skilled Migration is seeking an experienced Chemical Plant Operator to manage, monitor, and operate production systems in heavy manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in continuous or batch processing, raw material handling, and quality control in industries such as ceramics, cement, refractory, glass, or brick manufacturing.

CHEMICAL PLANT OPERATOR

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chemical Plant Operator or in a similar role.
• At least 1 year of college education or completion of a 1-year vocational course.
• Hands-on experience with continuous or batch processing systems in heavy manufacturing environments.
• Experience in ceramics, cement, refractory, glass, or brick manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of production processes, safety procedures, and quality control standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor continuous or batch processing systems within the plant.
• Handle raw material batching, mixing, and feeding systems.
• Operate conveyor-based production lines efficiently and safely.
• Perform routine process monitoring and basic quality control checks to ensure product standards.
• Maintain accurate production records and report any deviations or equipment issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company procedures.
• Collaborate with other team members to optimize production efficiency.
