CHEF DE PARTIE
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a similar role.
- Experience within an upper casual dining or fine dining environment is preferred (regional experience is a plus).
- No minimum educational attainment required.
- Male applicants are preferred.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of cooking techniques relevant to your section.
- Ability to follow recipes, portion control, and presentation standards.
- Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Highly organized, with attention to hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes within your section according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Ensure all mise en place is prepared, organized, and maintained for service.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations, including HACCP standards, and company policies.
- Support the Sous Chef with daily operations, prep lists, and stock control.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within your station.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during shifts.
