CHEF DE PARTIE
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year working experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
- No minimum educational attainment required.
- Must have a valid passport with at least 2 years and 6 months validity.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Leadership skills with attention to detail and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage an assigned kitchen station (e.g., saucier, poissonier, pastry).
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to company standards.
- Train, guide, and motivate junior chefs such as Commis and Demi Chef de Partie.
- Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef during kitchen operations and service.
- Monitor food quality, portion control, and minimize waste.
- Manage stock levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage.
- Maintain strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
