King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center is seeking qualified and experienced Cath Lab – Cardiovascular Technicians to join its healthcare team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will assist in cardiac catheterization procedures, provide technical and clinical support, and ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care in the cardiac care environment.
Cath Lab – Cardiovascular Technician
Qualifications:
- Must be a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BS Nursing) graduate with a valid nursing license.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Cath Lab, cardiovascular care, critical care, or related healthcare settings.
- Knowledge and experience in cardiac catheterization procedures and cardiovascular patient care.
- Familiarity with cardiac monitoring equipment and clinical protocols.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced medical environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to patient safety, quality care, and professional healthcare standards.
Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians and the cardiac care team during cardiac catheterization and cardiovascular procedures.
- Prepare patients, equipment, and supplies required for Cath Lab procedures.
- Operate and monitor cardiovascular equipment during diagnostic and interventional procedures.
- Assist with patient monitoring, including vital signs and cardiac-related observations.
- Maintain sterile techniques and follow infection control standards during procedures.
- Support emergency response activities within the Cath Lab when required.
- Ensure proper handling, maintenance, and readiness of medical equipment and supplies.
- Accurately document patient information, procedures performed, and related clinical records.
- Collaborate with cardiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide effective patient care.
- Follow hospital policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
