Grapecare LTD. is seeking an experienced and reliable Carpenter Foreman to oversee carpentry teams and construction site operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workers, coordinating daily activities, and ensuring that all carpentry work is completed according to project specifications, safety standards, and deadlines.

CARPENTER FOREMAN

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in carpentry or construction supervision.
• Must be at least a high school graduate.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical plans.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills in a construction environment.
• Experience in managing construction crews and site operations.
• Physically fit and capable of working in outdoor construction conditions.
• Willing to work in the Czech Republic and adapt to project requirements and schedules.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret project plans, drawings, specifications, and blueprints.
• Supervise carpentry crews and coordinate daily construction activities.
• Create work schedules and monitor attendance and productivity of workers.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to crew members, subcontractors, and workers based on project priorities.
• Oversee construction site operations and ensure proper use of tools, machinery, and equipment.
• Monitor work progress to ensure compliance with project timelines and quality standards.
• Ensure all work is carried out according to safety regulations and company procedures.
• Provide technical guidance and support to carpenters and site workers.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other site supervisors.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress, and manpower deployment.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and organization of the construction site.
