TOPNEST S.R.O. is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our growing café and retail team in the Czech Republic. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about customer service, beverages, and retail operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Cafe and Retail Assistant

Qualifications:

• Female applicants only.
• Age: 25–30 years old.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced café and retail environment.
• Previous experience in café, hospitality, or retail is an advantage.
• Friendly, hardworking, and customer-oriented personality.
• Professional and presentable appearance.
• Ability to multitask and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and capable of handling light lifting tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve matcha drinks, coffee, lemonades, and other beverages.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service during ordering and transactions.
• Represent the brand professionally and maintain excellent customer relations.
• Pack and process e-shop or online orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in receiving, organizing, and arranging clothing and merchandise deliveries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and retail space after shifts.
• Handle occasional lifting and moving of boxes and goods.
• Support daily café and retail operations as needed.
