Building Cleaner

Qualifications:

• Female applicants are preferred.
• At least High School graduate.
• At least 1 year of experience in the same field, with a Certificate of Employment (COE) not later than 2020.
• Physically and mentally ready to work abroad.
• Medically fit to work.
• Willing to work in Japan and adapt to a new working environment.
• Hardworking, responsible, disciplined, and reliable.
• Good attention to cleanliness, sanitation, and detail.
• Able to follow instructions and workplace procedures.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain assigned buildings, facilities, offices, common areas, and other designated spaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors using appropriate cleaning equipment and methods.
• Dust and wipe surfaces, furniture, fixtures, doors, windows, and other building areas.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, washrooms, and other high-use areas.
• Collect, sort, and properly dispose of waste and garbage according to workplace procedures.
• Refill restroom and cleaning supplies as needed.
• Use cleaning products, detergents, disinfectants, and other cleaning chemicals safely and properly.
• Operate vacuum cleaners, floor cleaning machines, and other cleaning equipment as required.
• Inspect assigned areas and ensure they meet required cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Report damaged facilities, equipment problems, spills, or maintenance concerns to supervisors.
• Follow established cleaning schedules, procedures, and workplace safety standards.
• Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling cleaning chemicals or performing specific cleaning tasks.
• Maintain cleaning tools, equipment, and supplies in clean and usable condition.
• Store cleaning materials and equipment properly after use.
• Perform periodic deep-cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and cooperate with other cleaning and facility staff.
• Perform other building cleaning and maintenance-related duties as assigned.
