TIVR Limited is seeking an experienced Builder / Foreman to oversee construction activities and manage on-site teams. The role involves supervising workers, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining quality and safety standards in all construction operations.

BUILDER/FOREMAN

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in construction and site supervision
• Ability to lead and supervise a team effectively
• Able to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
• Experience in cement mixing, flooring, plastering, and general construction works
• Skilled in finishing carpentry
• Strong organizational and planning skills for workflow and logistics
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Physically fit and capable of working on-site

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities
• Assign tasks and monitor the performance of workers
• Read and interpret construction plans to ensure accurate execution
• Oversee cement works, plastering, flooring, and finishing carpentry
• Plan and organize materials, tools, and manpower for efficient workflow
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Monitor project progress and report updates to management
  Maintain cleanliness and order at the worksite
