Danube Company Ltd. is looking for a skilled Bread Maker to prepare and bake a variety of bread products while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and consistency. The ideal candidate will have experience in bread production, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced bakery environment.

BREAD MAKER

Qualifications:

• Male, 21–35 years old.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a bread maker or in a similar bakery role.
• College-level education or bakery training preferred.
• Food and hygiene training is required.
• Pleasant personality and team-oriented.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced bakery environment.
• Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake various types of bread according to company recipes and quality standards.
• Mix, knead, and shape dough using manual or mechanical methods.
• Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure product quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bakery, equipment, and workstations.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients to maintain freshness.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering of bread-making supplies.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations strictly.
