Branch Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar management role.
• Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management, Hospitality/Tourism Management, or a related field.
• Must have experience in the same industry, preferably in food and beverage, hospitality, or service operations.
• Strong leadership, business management, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of branch operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and team management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily branch operations, including staff scheduling, workflow optimization, facility management, and overall service delivery.
• Evaluate local market conditions, identify business opportunities, and develop strategies to attract new customers and increase revenue.
• Establish financial objectives, monitor branch performance, and implement initiatives to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Recruit, train, coach, and mentor employees to build a skilled and motivated team.
• Conduct staff performance evaluations and promote a positive, productive, and high-morale work environment.
• Manage branch budgets, monitor profit and loss (P&L) performance, and prepare accurate financial and operational reports.
• Monitor inventory, operational costs, and resource utilization to improve efficiency.
• Ensure branch operations comply with company policies, local laws, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Address customer concerns and operational issues promptly to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with management regarding branch performance, challenges, and improvement strategies.
