Qualifications:

• Minimum of 15 years of working experience is required.
• Candidate must be a Bachelor’s / College Degree holder in any field or similar fields.
• Experience as a Juice and Coffee Barista is preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso extraction, and beverage presentation.
• Experience operating espresso machines, juicers, blenders, and related equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to educate customers about menu items and beverage options.
• Knowledge of health, safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, juices, smoothies, and other specialty drinks.
• Operate espresso machines, juicers, blenders, and other beverage preparation equipment.
• Educate customers on menu items and make recommendations based on preferences.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed.
• Ensure beverages are prepared according to company quality standards.
• Follow strict health, safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries professionally.
• Clean and maintain equipment to ensure proper operation and product quality.
• Assist in opening and closing duties as required.
• Support smooth daily operations of the coffee and juice bar.
