BARISTA / BAR TENDER
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years working experience as a Barista or in a similar hospitality role.
- No minimum educational attainment required.
- Strong passion for coffee, mocktails, and hospitality service.
- Basic knowledge of espresso preparation; latte art skills are an advantage.
- Ability to operate coffee machines and related equipment.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, mocktails, soft drinks, teas, and other beverages according to company standards.
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, espresso machines, and other brewing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Prepare mise en place for daily beverage service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, equipment, and guest service areas before, during, and after service.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
- Ensure consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and portioning.
- Assist in maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow during peak service hours.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to guests.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
