BANQUET MANAGER

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Banquet Manager or in a similar hospitality role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of banquet operations, food service, and event management
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and execute banquets, conferences, and special events
Supervise banquet staff and manage daily operations of the banquet department
Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction throughout events
Collaborate with clients, catering teams, and other departments to meet requirements
Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment for banquet operations
Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation
Resolve any issues or complaints efficiently and professionally
Prepare reports on event performance, staff management, and budgets

Requirements:
