Panda Retail Company is hiring Bakers for its in-house bakery production operations in Saudi Arabia. The company is looking for skilled and reliable bakers who can handle full production processes, ensure food quality, and follow strict hygiene and safety standards under GMP guidelines.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in commercial baking, food manufacturing, or bakery production lines.

Baker

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in Food and Beverage Preparation or related field.
• Male applicants are preferred.
• Experience in bakery production or food manufacturing is an advantage.
• Knowledge of GMP and food safety standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at all times.
• Handle full production responsibilities within the bakery section.
• Perform all production steps including recipe preparation, mixing, forming, proofing, baking, decorating, shock freezing, and packing.
• Operate both manual and production line baking processes.
• Ensure proper use and control of ingredients according to quality standards.
• Monitor product quality throughout all production stages.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery production area.
• Report any safety issues, equipment malfunctions, or unsafe working conditions to supervisors.
• Follow company standards for food safety and production efficiency.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of bakery products.
• Support continuous improvement in bakery operations.
