AUTO ELECTRICIAN

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in installing, checking, repairing, and maintaining vehicle electrical systems.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle electrical components and troubleshooting procedures.
• Must know how to repair electrical parts such as lights, batteries, alternators, starters, fuses, switches, and electronic modules.
• Ability to use automotive diagnostic tools and testing equipment effectively.
• Experience in repairing and installing air-conditioning systems, radios, alarms, and other vehicle accessories.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams and technical manuals is an advantage.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair vehicle electrical systems and components.
• Install, maintain, and repair automotive electrical accessories and equipment.
• Conduct inspection and testing of electrical systems using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Repair and replace faulty wiring, alternators, starters, batteries, switches, and electronic modules.
• Install and service vehicle air-conditioning systems, alarms, radios, and other accessories.
• Ensure all repair and maintenance work complies with safety and operational standards.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and safe condition.
• Coordinate with workshop supervisors and technicians to ensure timely completion of repair tasks.
• Prepare and maintain service and repair records as required.
