Auto Detailer

Qualifications:

• Must have relevant experience in automotive detailing, vehicle cleaning, or a related field.
• Must be experienced in cleaning vehicle exteriors, interiors, windows, upholstery, carpets, and engine compartments.
• Must be skilled in applying wax, polish, tire dressing, and other protective treatments.
• Must know how to properly use automotive detailing tools, cleaning products, and equipment.
• Must be able to inspect vehicles for visible damage and perform minor touch-ups when required.
• Must observe proper workplace safety procedures and use appropriate protective equipment.
• Must be detail-oriented and capable of maintaining vehicles to clean, professional, showroom-ready standards.
• Must be able to work efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and workmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and detail vehicle exteriors, including body panels, windows, wheels, tires, and other surfaces.
• Thoroughly clean vehicle interiors, including seats, dashboards, carpets, upholstery, and interior trim.
• Wash, dry, wax, and polish vehicles to maintain their appearance and protect painted surfaces.
• Apply tire dressing, protective coatings, and other automotive care products as required.
• Clean engine compartments using appropriate products and safe cleaning methods.
• Operate automotive detailing tools, polishing machines, vacuum cleaners, and other cleaning equipment properly.
• Inspect vehicles for visible scratches, stains, damage, or other imperfections and report findings to the supervisor.
• Perform minor cosmetic touch-ups when required and within the scope of the role.
• Follow appropriate procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and detailing products.
• Use personal protective equipment and comply with workplace health and safety requirements.
• Maintain detailing equipment, tools, and work areas in clean and serviceable condition.
• Ensure completed vehicles meet the company’s quality standards and are ready for customer delivery or showroom display.
