ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER (BIM Modeler)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants preferred
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant working experience
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in BIM modeling for architectural projects
• Proficient in:
  • Revit (including family creation and parametric modeling)
  • AutoCAD
• Ability to develop and manage:
  • 3D BIM models
  • Material take-offs and quantity extraction
• Skilled in producing:
  • 2D construction drawings
  • Floor plans, elevations, and sections
  • Detailed shop drawings
• Good understanding of architectural design, detailing, and construction documentation
• Detail-oriented with strong coordination and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• No minimum educational attainment required (experience-based qualification accepted)

Responsibilities:

• Create, update, and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for architectural projects
• Develop and manage Revit families and model standards
• Produce 2D construction drawings including plans, elevations, and sections
• Prepare shop drawings and detailed architectural documentation
• Generate material take-offs to support estimation and planning
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams
• Ensure model accuracy and compliance with project requirements
• Update models and drawings based on design changes and revisions
• Maintain proper documentation and version control of project files
