APPLIANCE TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an appliance technician or similar technical role
  • Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems in appliances
  • Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality work

Responsibilities:

  • Install, inspect, and maintain a variety of appliances, including kitchen, laundry, and HVAC equipment
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in appliances
  • Repair or replace faulty components using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal appliance performance
  • Keep accurate service records and report recurring issues
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines
  • Coordinate with management for inventory, spare parts, and service schedules
  • Provide guidance to users on proper appliance operation and care

Requirements:
