Al Mukita FZCO is seeking a qualified After Sales Assistant to support post-sales operations, handle customer inquiries and service requests, coordinate after-sales activities, maintain service records, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

After Sales Assistant

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in after-sales support, customer service, or a related role.
  • Proficient in administrative, analytical, technical, or logistics-related functions.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Good organizational, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and computer systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer requests and follow-ups efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping and documentation skills.
  • Reliable, professional, and able to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the after-sales department.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate warranty claims, service schedules, repairs, and customer follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service reports, and after-sales activities.
  • Monitor and track service requests to ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with technical, logistics, sales, and service teams to address customer concerns.
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and correspondence related to after-sales operations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely updates and effective solutions.
  • Assist in managing spare parts requests and service-related documentation when required.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service and after-sales processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
