ACCOUNTS PAYABLE MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive experience in accounts payable or finance operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Experience in BPO services, telecom, distribution, multinational, trading, or manufacturing organizations preferred.
• Proven ability to manage cross-border transactions and multiple currencies.
• Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance, and audit processes.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Professional license (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) required.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and automation tools for payables and expense management.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee high-volume accounts payable operations across multiple regions and entities.
• Manage end-to-end procure-to-pay processes, including invoice management, vendor reconciliation, and payment scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, audit requirements, and company policies.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, including negotiation of terms and resolution of disputes.
• Monitor cash flow and schedule payments in alignment with business priorities.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounts payable team to ensure high performance and engagement.
• Utilize ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and automation tools to streamline payables and expense management.
