ACCOUNTS PAYABLE EXECUTIVE

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in multinational, trading, or technology-driven businesses.
• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes, reconciliations, and financial controls.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or equivalent) and MS Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable processes including invoice verification, vendor reconciliation, and payment scheduling.
• Maintain strong communication with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies or issues.
• Ensure adherence to financial controls and company policies in all AP activities.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports for management review.
• Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Finance, Procurement, and Operations.
