ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 7–10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting activities, including general ledger, month-end and year-end closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
• Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop the accounting team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and analyses for management and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Procurement, and Operations.
• Support audit processes and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
