INDOOR SALES
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience is required.
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Others or a similar field.
- Previous experience in indoor sales, sales coordination, customer service, order processing, or a related position is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a professional and friendly approach.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail when preparing quotations, orders, invoices, and sales reports.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with customers and internal departments.
- Basic knowledge of sales procedures, order processing, and customer relationship management.
- Computer literate, with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and walk-in clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Promote, present, and explain the company’s products and services to prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
- Prepare accurate quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
- Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with production and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Follow up on quotations and customer orders to support sales conversion and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, sales data, and transaction information.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and provide relevant information to management.
- Build and maintain positive and professional relationships with customers.
- Respond promptly to customer concerns, requests, and product-related questions.
- Coordinate with other departments regarding product availability, pricing, production schedules, and deliveries.
- Monitor pending orders and follow up on outstanding customer requirements.
- Assist in achieving sales targets and supporting overall sales objectives.
- Maintain an organized sales area and ensure proper handling of customer and sales documentation.
- Perform other sales and customer service duties as assigned by management.
