SUPERVISOR (Welding/Fabrication)
Qualifications:
- Male applicants only, up to 45 years old.
- Must have relevant work experience in modular fabrication.
- Overseas work experience is preferred.
- Applicants must be able to provide the required certifications relevant to the position they are applying for.
- Strong knowledge of welding and fabrication processes, technical drawings, and quality standards.
- Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to supervise teams and work effectively under project deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily welding and fabrication activities to ensure timely project completion.
- Monitor work quality and ensure all fabrication and welding activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable standards.
- Assign tasks, monitor workforce productivity, and provide technical guidance to welders and fabrication personnel.
- Review fabrication drawings, welding procedures, and work plans before execution.
- Coordinate materials, tools, equipment, and manpower to support efficient project operations.
- Conduct inspections to verify workmanship, quality, and compliance with safety requirements.
- Resolve fabrication and welding issues while maintaining project schedules and quality objectives.
- Prepare daily progress reports, documentation, and work records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
- Coordinate with project engineers, quality inspectors, and other departments to achieve project goals.
Requirements:

- Passport valid for more than 3 years preferred (or proof of passport release)
- NBI clearance (valid or with proof of release)
- Educational credentials (diploma, form 137, TOR)
- PEOS certificate
- Vax Certificate
