Al Falak Electronic Equipment & Supplies Co. is hiring a Project Engineer specializing in Electrical and ELV systems for projects based in Dharan Techno Valley (DTV). The company is seeking highly experienced professionals who can manage engineering design, site execution, and full project lifecycle coordination.
This role is ideal for senior engineers with strong project management skills and experience in electrical infrastructure, building systems, and technical coordination.
PROJECT ENGINEER
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor’s / College Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience in Electrical and ELV systems is required.
- Male applicants are preferred.
- Must be flexible and open to deployment.
- First-time applicants are preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee technical and design aspects of electrical and ELV projects.
- Develop, review, and manage engineering and design packages.
- Supervise site execution and coordinate project activities from start to completion.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and resource changes using proper change control processes.
- Collaborate with finance teams to track project payments and budget flow.
- Lead project close-out activities including documentation handover and reporting.
- Prepare project closure reports highlighting key challenges and lessons learned.
- Develop and implement master plans for building space management, including office layout, workspace planning, and renovation projects.
- Review engineering design packages for tenant facilities and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
- Conduct assessments of existing facilities and recommend improvements in safety, reliability, and workspace efficiency.
- Propose process and design improvements to reduce costs and improve project schedules.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain effective communication among project teams and external partners.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
