CAS Recruitment Ltd. – Greek Branch is hiring experienced Glass Production Workers / General Laborers for deployment in Greece. The company is seeking reliable and physically fit individuals who can support glass manufacturing and processing operations, ensuring safe handling, production efficiency, and high-quality output.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in manufacturing, production support, or industrial labor roles, particularly in glass processing environments.

Glass Production Worker / General Laborer (Glass Processing)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar production or general labor role.
• Good physical condition and ability to lift loads up to 20 kg.
• Strong responsibility, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in shift schedules.
• Relevant technical or mechanical qualification is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills are required.
• Physically fit and able to work in industrial production environments.
• Newly renewed passport is required.

Responsibilities:

• Safely load, unload, and transport glass sheets within the production area.
• Support machine operators and assist in glass production processes.
• Perform visual inspection of glass products to identify defects or damage.
• Package, label, and prepare finished glass products for shipment.
• Handle glass materials carefully to prevent breakage and ensure safety.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production and working areas.
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and regulations.
• Assist in basic production tasks as directed by supervisors.
• Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Operate in shift-based schedules as required by production demands.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of glass materials at all times.
• Report any defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns to supervisors.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary starts at €1,250 gross monthly.
• Forty-two (48) working hours / Six (6) days a week.
• Accommodation will be provided.
• Contract duration is for 2 years.
