POWER SOLUTIONS SPECIALIST
Qualifications:
- PRC Licensed Registered Master Electrician is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Business, or any related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply), Solar Power, and Backup Power Systems.
- Experience in technical sales, business development, and customer relationship management.
- Skilled in identifying customer requirements and recommending appropriate power solutions.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, energy solutions, and power management technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales and business development targets.
- Proficient in preparing technical proposals, quotations, and product presentations.
- Willingness to travel and conduct field visits when required.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and market UPS, solar power, backup power, and other energy solutions to existing and prospective clients.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors.
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and technical demonstrations.
- Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable power solutions based on operational needs.
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Provide technical consultation and support throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with suppliers, technical teams, and project personnel to ensure successful project implementation.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the power solutions industry.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business development objectives.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, customer records, and project documentation.
- Participate in product training programs, trade exhibitions, and industry events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Contribute to the growth and expansion of the company’s power solutions business.
