MANUFACTURING WORKER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years working experience in manufacturing, factory, or production operations.
• Candidates must possess a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in Others or related fields.
• Physically fit and capable of performing repetitive production tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of workplace safety and quality control procedures is an advantage.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble, package, and inspect products in accordance with approved production specifications and quality standards.
• Operate tools, equipment, and machinery safely and efficiently during production processes.
• Follow all workplace safety regulations, company policies, and operational procedures at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production and work areas.
• Assist supervisors and team members in meeting daily operational and production requirements.
• Support production activities to ensure targets, schedules, and deadlines are achieved.
• Report defective materials, equipment issues, or production concerns to supervisors immediately.
• Perform other manufacturing and production-related duties as assigned.
