Mado Turkey LLC is looking for experienced and passionate Demi Chefs to join our growing culinary team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have strong kitchen experience, creativity in food preparation, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of related experience in a similar role.
• Background in Restaurant, Hotel, Café, Bakery, or Food & Beverage industry preferred.
• Passionate, hardworking, and committed to culinary excellence.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food according to company recipes and quality standards.
• Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
• Ensure proper food presentation, portioning, and consistency.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations and equipment.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations at all times.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control and ingredient storage.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
