Advance Dermatology Medical Complex (DERMORE) is seeking a skilled Female Cook to prepare meals for patients, staff, and visitors, maintaining high standards of hygiene, nutrition, and taste. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing a variety of meals and be capable of following dietary requirements and kitchen procedures in a medical facility.

FEMALE COOK

Qualifications:

  • Female applicants only.
  • Previous experience as a cook, preferably in a medical, hospital, or catering environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
  • Ability to prepare meals efficiently while maintaining quality.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliable, disciplined, and attentive to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook meals according to menu plans, dietary requirements, and hospital standards.
  • Ensure meals are nutritious, tasty, and presented attractively.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, including utensils and equipment.
  • Monitor food stock levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service.
  • Follow hospital dietary guidelines and special patient meal requirements.

  • Transcript of record and diploma (if college or vocational of 1year)
  • Form 137 and diploma (high school)
