CRTS Global is seeking a skilled Wireline Technician to perform wireline operations and support in the field. The technician will ensure safe and efficient deployment, operation, and maintenance of wireline equipment, adhering to project specifications, safety standards, and operational procedures.

Wireline Technician

Qualifications:

• Vocational or technical diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Wireline Technician or similar role in industrial, oil & gas, or pipeline environments is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of wireline tools, systems, and operational procedures.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with heavy equipment in field conditions.
• Safety-conscious with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in remote or offshore environments under physically demanding conditions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot wireline tools and equipment for pipeline inspection, maintenance, or coating operations.
• Conduct pre-job equipment checks, calibration, and setup to ensure operational readiness.
• Assist in deploying wireline systems in field, offshore, or remote environments.
• Monitor wireline operations to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Record operational data, maintenance logs, and reports accurately.
• Follow strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with field teams and engineers to optimize workflow and address operational challenges.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and minor repairs on wireline systems.
