MRK is seeking an experienced Interface Manager to ensure seamless coordination and communication between multiple project disciplines, contractors, clients, and stakeholders. The Interface Manager will be responsible for managing project interfaces, resolving conflicts, and ensuring alignment across engineering, procurement, and construction teams to deliver successful project outcomes.

Interface Manager (Concrete Finisher)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, or related field).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project interface management, preferably in large-scale industrial or Aramco projects.
• Proven experience in interface management for oil & gas projects.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with Aramco standards, procedures, and systems is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of project management tools and software.
• Ability to manage relationships across diverse, multicultural teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate interfaces between different project disciplines, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Identify, monitor, and resolve interface issues promptly to maintain project alignment.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
• Ensure compliance with project quality standards, ISO 9001:2015 requirements, and timelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation of interface issues, resolutions, and progress.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth project execution.
