BMS Operator Manager

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred for this role
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant working experience in BMS or building automation systems
• Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate holder in a related field or similar
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, building automation protocols (BACnet, Modbus), and PLC programming
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design, installation, operation, and maintenance of building automation systems (BMS), including HVAC, lighting, and security systems
• Develop and implement BMS strategies to optimize energy efficiency and system performance
• Lead preventive and reactive maintenance programs and conduct regular performance audits
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with building systems to minimize downtime
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational protocols
• Collaborate with facility and engineering teams to improve building automation efficiency
