HR MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws and regulations
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
• Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving workplace issues
• Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures
• Lead performance management systems and employee evaluations
• Design and coordinate training and development programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Provide strategic HR support to management and department heads
