We are now pooling qualified Maintenance Technician – Electrical (Production Maintenance) for deployment to the ALMARAI Company Factory in Saudi Arabia. This is a great opportunity for skilled technicians looking to advance their careers in a world-class manufacturing environment.

Maintenance Technician – Electrical (Production Maintenance)

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years industrial experience, preferably in food or dairy manufacturing.
Experience working with modern production equipment in processing and utilities plants.
Good English communication skills.
Physically fit with a positive attitude and behavior.
Willing to work long hours (8–12 hours per day) and shifting schedules.
Strong safety awareness and compliance mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently.
Strong troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills.
Knowledge of business KPIs and maintenance performance metrics.
Computer literate with experience in SAP-based maintenance systems.
Knowledge of safety procedures, including LOTO (Lockout/Tagout).
Team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and production equipment.
Diagnose faults and troubleshoot electrical issues using a structured and systematic approach.
Support operations in processing and utilities plants.
Ensure equipment operates efficiently to minimize downtime.
Follow safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) practices.
Maintain accurate maintenance records using SAP or similar systems.
Monitor and support production KPIs and operational performance.
Work independently and prioritize maintenance tasks effectively.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Adhere to company safety standards and policies at all times.
