Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience as a service crew or team member.
- Preferably currently working in a fast-food restaurant.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
- Operate the cash register and handle payments properly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and kitchen areas.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Assist in stocking supplies and inventory management.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
