SALES COORDINATOR

Qualifications:

• Female, 21–29 years old
• Minimum height of 5 ft.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator
• Experience in alcohol/beverage or FMCG industry is an advantage
• Diploma, certification, or degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business, or related field
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office and sales management tools
• Professional, presentable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support day-to-day sales operations
• Maintain and update sales records, reports, and client databases
• Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and contracts
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
• Monitor sales performance and assist in achieving targets
• Assist in marketing initiatives and promotional activities
• Maintain a professional and positive relationship with clients
