Qualifications:
- Male, 21–29 years old
- Minimum height of 5 ft.
- Experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel is an advantage
- Diploma, certification, or degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or Culinary Arts
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of continental cuisine
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Professional, team-oriented, and detail-focused
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook continental cuisine according to menu and recipes
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and taste meet high standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Monitor inventory and ensure proper storage of ingredients
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in training junior kitchen staff as needed
