F&B MANAGER
Qualifications:
- Male or Female, 25–40 years old
- With experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel is an advantage
- Diploma, certification, or degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management
- Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all food and beverage operations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and profitability
- Lead, train, and supervise F&B staff and supervisors
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Monitor inventory, control costs, and manage budgets
- Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently
- Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for smooth operations
