F&B OUTLET SUPERVISOR
Qualifications:
- Male or Female, 25–40 years old
- With experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel is an advantage
- Diploma, certification, or degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Organized, detail-oriented, and team-focused
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the F&B outlet to ensure smooth service
- Lead, train, and monitor staff performance
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management on stock requirements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
