ASIAN/JAPANESE FUSION CUISINE CHEF
Qualifications:
- Male, 25–40 years old
- With experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel is an advantage
- Diploma, certification, or degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or Culinary Arts
- Strong knowledge of Asian and Japanese cuisine and fusion techniques
- Creativity, attention to detail, and passion for cooking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present Asian and Japanese fusion dishes according to established standards
- Develop and innovate menu items with a fusion concept
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet high standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Monitor inventory and ensure proper storage of ingredients
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
