CAS Recruitment Ltd is seeking experienced and reliable Field Workers to join agricultural operations in Greece. This role involves hands-on farm work, crop management, and seasonal factory duties related to olive oil production.

FIELD WORKER

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in farming or fieldwork.
  • Strong practical skills in planting, harvesting, and crop care.
  • Competence in handling and maintaining agricultural equipment.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Newly renewed passport ready for travel.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and motor skills.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare fields and plant seeds and crops efficiently.
  • Maintain and repair irrigation systems to ensure crops are adequately watered.
  • Mix and apply pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers safely and accurately.
  • Remove weeds and other obstructions that may affect crop growth.
  • Inspect crops to monitor development and identify pests, fungi, or disease symptoms.
  • Harvest ripe crops by hand or with machinery.
  • Operate farming equipment, including tractors, threshers, and spreaders.
  • Clean and maintain farm tools and machinery.
  • Work outdoors during the summer season and assist in olive oil production at the factory during the winter, including filling olive oil into tins and containers.
  • Work independently without direct supervision while maintaining high standards.

Salary Package:

  • Salary: €1,250.00 gross per month
  • Accommodation provided
  • Contract Duration: 2 years
