FACTORY WORKER (PRODUCTION)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience in production or manufacturing.
• Must be a Bachelor’s/College Degree holder in any field or related discipline.
• Must be a first-time applicant to Taiwan.
• Physically fit and capable of working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Process products according to required quantity, quality standards, and specifications.
• Perform labeling and safe packaging of finished goods for distribution.
• Inspect items to ensure they are free from defects prior to release.
• Monitor supply inventory levels and report shortages when necessary.
• Identify and report defective machines, tools, or equipment to supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area while following safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Updated CV with picture
• Certificates of Employment
• Passport (Bio page)
• Vaccine/Booster Card
• Diploma/TESDA Certificate
