HUMAN RESOURCE AND QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in human resource management, quality assurance, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s or College Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, or similar disciplines.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and management skills, both oral and written.
- Certificate in ISO-related courses or training from an accredited certification body.
- Experience in teaching, lecturing, or staff training is an advantage.
- Deep knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.
- Ability to design and implement effective training and performance evaluation systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and monitor the performance of national staff, including conducting evaluations.
- Devise and implement training programs and employee performance evaluation systems.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and manage relevant quality assurance processes.
- Conduct management system audits in alignment with ISO standards.
- Provide guidance and support to staff to improve efficiency, compliance, and performance.
