RESTAURANT MANAGER

Qualifications:

• At least High school graduate
• A year or more of supervisory/managerial experience in QSRs (Fast food)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and operational audits
• Ability to work flexible hours and manage emergencies
• Familiarity with POS systems, inventory, software, and KPI tracking

Responsibilities:

• Oversee food prep, equipment, maintenance, and cleanliness of dining and resume areas
• Ensure compliance with sanitation standards and health regulations
• Manage inventory, stock control, and ordering systems
• Recruit, train, and develop staff
• Create schedules, handle disciplinary actions, and conduct performance appraisals
• Foster a respectful and motivated team environment
• Resolve customer complaints professionally
• Monitor service speed and quality specially during peak hours
• Implement “Superb Service” training and monitor customer satisfaction platforms
• Meet weekly targets for sales, food cost, labor cost, and delivery time
• Promote upselling to boost average ticket size and profitability
• Maintain accurate records for payroll, licensing, and compliance
• Ensure adherence to food hygiene standards (HACCP)
• Maintain records for GDPR, PCI compliance, fire safety, and CCTV regulations
• Conduct and respond to store audits (Operations Evaluation Reports)
