Responsibilities:

• Menu Planning and Preparation: Creating menus, developing recipes, and ensuring meals are prepared according to established standards.
• Kitchen Management: Supervising kitchen staff, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and ensuring proper food storage and handling.
• Food Safety and Hygiene: Adhering to and enforcing food safety and sanitation guidelines to prevent foodborne illnesses.
