ELECTRICAL FOREMAN

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years in a related electrical role, preferably in operations or maintenance.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with catalog/manual-based procedures.
  • Ability to monitor site performance and report technical issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
  • Review and interpret electrical diagrams, manuals, and technical catalogs.
  • Coordinate work activities and allocate tasks to electricians and technicians.
  • Monitor site performance, identify problems, and initiate corrective actions.
  • Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Report on daily operations, incidents, and technical concerns to engineers or supervisors.
  • Ensure availability of necessary tools, materials, and PPE for site work.
  • Maintain documentation of maintenance logs and service records
