Qualifications:

• Completed primary education (Level 1 of professional qualification) the Job Classification Rule Book of Menahot d.o.o
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Hotel Hospitality- international kitchen (big hotels and accordance with restaurants)
• Certificate of no criminal record
• English language knowledge is mandatory (fluent speaking and writing). Additional languages knowledge will be advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Performs all auxiliary physical tasks in the kitchen, restaurant, storage areas, utility rooms, basement, and other related spaces involving the storage and transportation of goods and packaging within the “Hospitality Service” department
• Cleans and maintains the kitchen and auxiliary kitchen areas; washes and maintains overall kitchen inventory (including washing and sanitizing black and white dishware, utensils, small kitchen inventory, and kitchen areas) Clea ns and maintains restaurant inventory
• Performs basic preparation of vegetables and other food items as instructed by the Head Chef or other chefs
• Delivers beverages from storage, removes packaging waste from the kitchen and restaurant
• Participates in the implementation of disinfection, pest control, and rodent control measures of premises, dishware, utensils, and equipment
• Responsible for the quality performance of duties Responsible for applying work norms and standards, as well as occupational health and safety (OHS) measures
• Responsible for complying with legal regulations, customs and practices in the hotel industry, as well as for implementing management decisions, instructions, the Director
• Responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of business information and not disclosing it to unauthorized persons
• Reports directly to the Head Chef.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
• Employment certificates
• NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
• PEOS certificate
