Assistant Mechanic
Qualifications:
- Male applicants are preferred
- Minimum of 5 years work experience
Responsibilities:
- Changing oil, checking and topping off fluids (coolant, brake fluid, etc.)
- Rotating tires, checking tire pressure, and potentially replacing tires
- Assisting in replacing parts like belts, hoses, filters, and brake pads
- Work closely with other team members to handle maintenance requests, perform routine repairs and upkeep, and identify additional areas for
improvement - Lubricating moving parts of vehicles or machinery.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the work area, including tools and equipment
- Providing tools and materials to mechanics as needed during repair work
- Perform a range of supportive tasks, such as handling tools, assisting with repairs, maintaining parts inventory, and ensuring the workshop
remains organized - Ensuring a safe working environment by following established safety procedures and using proper equipment
- Participating in safety training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills related to safety practices
- Security protocols related to access to the workshop and handling of tools and equipment
Requirements:

- NBI clearance (valid or with proof of release)
- Educational credentials (diploma, form 137, TOR)
