CIVIL SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS in Civil Engineering.
• At least 5 years Technical experience as Civil Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and maintenance practices.
• Proficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems

Responsibilities:

• Manages engineering project teams, including staffing, supervision, performance management, training, and development.
• Lead quality non-conformance analysis to the root cause & follow-up for completion with the team. Leads and reviews consultant selection,
  reviews standard engineering agreements, contract documents and contractor selection
• Researches and provides financial strategies, including grants administration, to coordinate, prepare, and submit funding requests.
• Studying construction and plant site drawings, reporting any construction issues, developing a plan to safely build plate steel structures, also
  completion of associated works while considering schedules and budgets
• Understands contractual obligations, Develop project schedules.
• Oversees construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to plans and specifications
• Supervising construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, resolving on-site issues, Supervise construction activities,
